RETURNS

Except as noted below, we gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise ordered from herveleger.com, in accordance with the policies outlined below.

In-store purchases made between February 1st-March 31st have an extended 120 days from date of purchase to return items.

Items purchased online may only be returned online through the site or with the assistance of our customer service team within 30 days of shipment. Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores, may only be returned to the originating store.

Please note that all returned items must be unworn and unused, have original tags attached, and be accompanied by the original sales receipt. All sale merchandise is final sale and is not eligible for return

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS - DOMESTIC ORDERS

START RETURN

For easy returns through herveleger.com, click the “START RETURN” button above. You will need your order number and billing zip code to process your return.

Once applicable item(s) and reason for return have been provided, you will be able to generate a pre-paid return shipping label for a fee of $8.00 per label, to be deducted from your total refund.


RETURN INSTRUCTIONS - INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

To return an international order, please email guestservices@us.herveleger.com with your name, email and order number, noting the items you wish to return, including product number, size and description, to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

You will receive an email with instructions for returning the parcel along with details on the amount you will be refunded. Please allow 24 hours for the prepaid label to be processed and sent via email.

If you choose to return an item, our international shipping partner, Borderfree, will provide you with a refund of the original price paid in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order less the costs of shipping, taxes and duties.
