No—you do not need an account with herveleger.com in order to shop with us.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF AN ITEM IS ON PRE-ORDER?
Pre-order merchandise is any item that is available for sale but has not yet been received by our distribution center. Or, that has sold out and is being restocked.
HOW DO I REDEEM A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
While we often offer promotions that are automatically added to your order during the checkout process, you may sometimes qualify for an offer that is associated with a specific code. To redeem an offer using a promotional code simply follow the steps below.
- When beginning the checkout process, type the code into the “Promotion Code” box at the lower right-hand corner of your Shopping Bag and click on “Apply”.
- Check to ensure that your discount has been applied under “Discount” at the right-hand side of the screen, then click on “Proceed to Purchase”.

herveleger.com is required to collect local sales tax in states where BCBGMAXAZRIA Group has a physical presence. We currently collect sales tax for deliveries to the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, DE, FL, GA, Guam, HI, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, PR, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VI, VT, WA, and WA. Because our orders process very quickly once submitted, we are unable to change your address or shipping method or alter an order that you have already placed.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
herveleger.com has provided a pre-paid return label to make your return simple; simply follow the directions on your packing slip. Click here to for more information on making returns and exchanges.
I LOST MY RETURN LABEL; CAN I GET A REPLACEMENT?
If you have lost your packing slip and pre-paid return label, we can provide you with a replacement pre-paid return label. Please contact us at 1-888-870-4710, 7 days per week, between the hours of 10 a.m. and 12 a.m. EST.
WHEN I MAKE A RETURN, WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?
For returns made within the date range specified in our return policy, you will be refunded the full value of your order, minus original and return shipping charges.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO COME THROUGH?
Please allow us approximately 14 business days to process returns; we will send you a confirmation email when your return is complete. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 1 billing cycle after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Please note that each individual shipment will incur separate shipping charges.

HOW CAN I RETRIEVE A LOST PASSWORD?

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
To select Hervé Léger gift packaging, click on “Choose Packaging Options” in your Shopping Bag during the checkout process. See below for additional information regarding gift packaging.
- Gift packaging is available for $6.00 per item.
- Upon selecting gift packaging, you will have the option of creating a personalized gift message.
- Footwear and some of our larger items cannot be gift wrapped. If an item is not eligible for gift packaging, a note will appear under “Packaging” in your Shopping Bag.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED AT AN HERVÉ LÉGER RETAIL STORE TO HERVELEGER.COM?
Unfortunately, herveleger.com is unable to process returns for items purchased at Hervé Léger stores through our Web returns center. Please return your items to the store where you purchased them or to the store closest to your home. Click here to locate a store near you. Returns and exchanges for items purchased in-store must be made within 10 days of the date of purchase.
Hervé Léger merchandise purchased at independent boutiques and department stores must be returned to that store. Please contact the individual retailer for their return policy.
